You've secured the land. Carry over how your land deal landed — or leave the defaults for an average run. This is the baggage the design now has to support.

How Act III plays. Choose how much massing to push for — every lot you add is value, and every lot is a fight. The design review meter is your approval politics. Product value is what the massing is worth when it finally sells. Your ending hands the lot mix forward to Act II's strata sellout.
